Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Account identity: email address, authentication identifiers, session data, and sign-in timestamps handled through Supabase Auth.
• Billing: Stripe customer and subscription status used to grant access. SharpDataOS does not receive full card numbers.
• Research: saved game status, thesis, counter-case, selection, and exact market receipt when you choose to store them.
• Waitlist: email address submitted to the waitlist, processed by Resend.
• Operations: request, device, network, security, and error metadata that Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and other infrastructure providers may process when delivering the service.

How we use data

We use this data to authenticate you, determine access, process and manage billing, save private research, operate and secure the product, investigate failures, and comply with legal obligations. The current application does not include a product-analytics or advertising tracking SDK.

Processors and sharing

Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage; Stripe processes payments and subscription state; Vercel hosts the web application; Resend processes waitlist contacts. We do not sell personal information. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Retention and security

Account research is kept until you delete it or the account. Billing and transaction records may remain with Stripe or in synchronized records for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. Operational logs have provider-controlled retention. Access controls, RLS, encryption in transit, and least-privilege server access reduce risk, but no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

After signing in, use Account & data to export saved SharpDataOS account data, clear private research, or request account deletion. Use billing controls before deletion so an active subscription is not mistaken for canceled billing. You can also sign out to end the local session.

Age boundary and changes

SharpDataOS is not directed to children and is limited to people who are at least 18 and the legal wagering age where they live. Material changes to this notice will be dated here. We will update this notice before expanding jurisdictions or introducing new tracking, alerting, or personalization systems.
