Terms of Use
These terms describe the current product, account, subscription, data, and responsible-use boundaries.
1. What SharpDataOS is
SharpDataOS provides college-football data organization, market receipts, descriptive analysis, and private research notes. It does not accept wagers, execute bets, hold funds, sell picks, or guarantee any result. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, or gambling advice.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 and at least the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for local law, sportsbook eligibility, tax obligations, and every wagering decision. Do not use SharpDataOS where doing so is prohibited.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Keep access links and sessions private and provide accurate account and billing information. Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. The exact amount, trial or delayed renewal date, and recurring terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions continue until canceled through the billing controls available after sign-in. Deleting research or an account does not itself reverse a Stripe charge.
4. Data and model limitations
Provider feeds can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or wrong. Rosters and availability are especially fragmented. “First captured” means SharpDataOS's earliest stored observation, not necessarily a market opener. Descriptive metrics are not probabilities, and no probability, fair price, or +EV claim is promoted without a validated model and timestamped quote.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the product for personal research. You may not bypass access controls, overload or probe the service, automate bulk extraction, resell raw provider data, impersonate another person, or use the product to violate law or third-party rights. Provider names and data remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to expose freshness and quality failures, but uninterrupted operation and error-free data cannot be promised. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to wager, including the risk of losing your entire stake.
